This is an anaerobic natural coffee with an added fruit fermentation step. You kind of have to want the (dried) strawberry thing in your coffee which isn’t a bad thing. I get a delicate strawberry and vanilla ice cream vibe without the funk from the just being an anaerobic natural side. Is this the worlds most funky coffee? No is this a pretty fun and different coffee from a producer testing the edges of what we can do with a coffee that is inherent to the natural/dry process taste profile and I dig it.
