Returns/Refunds
In correct items shipped: This can happen and when it does please contact support - royal mile coffee with a picture of the items.
Item says delivered and was not. As of 11/2024 we will no longer be refunding items that are marked as delivered by the USPS. If this occurs you will have to file a claim with the USPS for a lost/undelivered package.
Returns/Exchanges
There are no returns of product purchased on the website. If you purchase a product at one of our locations or wholesale parters please visit those locations for instructions. Proof of purchase will be required.
