I know, I know, light roasted Sumatras are basically eating dirt. I get it. YOU get it. If you're here you get it I should say. This coffee basically tastes like Limeade. Limes and Lemonade. It's pretty baller. There's that funkyness because it's an anaerobic but I really have to highlight the lime/lemon thing as that really really really really leads the way. You can't escape that forrest floor thing because it is after all a Sumatra but I promise this one does the complex thing in a good way.
