Peru Piras Natural

A second dry process from Peru. I had to battle it a little in the roaster but I think I got what it's throwing down. It's kinda "rindy" and winey but not winey like funky funky funky Anerobics. Just kinda wine like. Fruits in there of course but it sort of stops there. I don't want to say one note or imply any kind of bad thing it just does like 3 things. That i listed. And then it does the peru thing which is kinda nutty. Now those three things are fun and solid but hint at something greater so for those wanting the dry process fruit bomb look elsewhere. For those looking to please their partners in life, look here. Don't look down on that, it's not like normie coffee. It's just kinda not weird. By the way I'd give this a whirl as espresso for SURE.
