Papua New Guinea Jiwaka Natural

10oz Papua New Guinea Natural! A rare for us sighting of a natural from a mostly washed producing country. These can be hit or miss and may be a miss for you. You've been warned. 

It's not a traditional fruit bomb natural it is however fairly fruity. The earthy/tannin thing has been toned way down and the juicy fruits ramped up (for a PNG). Tangy syrupy mouth feels follow a dark chocolate and fudge impression. That's some dry process "process" saying hi, sup. How you doing? There's fruits to be had here but not overly so, more subtle (for) tropical fruits as the cup cools. This is one of those taste it along the way to enjoy what makes this coffee nice.  Give this a shot as espresso.

10oz Washed Ethiopian Coffee from Sidama. I wont bury the lede here, it's sugary sweet like a piece of candy. That's the lead note and always a good sign in a coffee. Not one note however. It's a mish mash of a skittles bag (but not skittles ok!!! don't read into my words and be like OH MAN I'M BUYNG A BAG OF SKITTLES) it's just over here throwing some lemon, lime and pink fruits at you so that it feels like the vibe of a skittles bag.
