Nicaragua San Jose

2020 : Ok. I talked up some Las Delicias washed at the start of this all. And Las Delicias was killing it - the washed one. The javanica was solid too. And I'll kick it with Las Delicias but San Jose always has my heart. It's the farm that always wows me. For 5 years running now I can spot this coffee. It's the one I go - this is the best one - and they flip the card and say It's San Jose. We have 2 bags so 300 pounds but so much of this is gone already and also it's ear marked somewhat for whole foods. I'm going to send less there and more here so it will last maybe a month. Pick it up while you can. Is this the best San Jose I've ever had - i'll be honest and say No but it is as good as I could hope for. 

Cherry, Creamy, Solid, Sweet, Bodied but not super bodied. AMAZING as espresso.
