A personal request for a coffee from The Mierisch's. I like Los Altos and it's consistently been one of the harder ones to get as others also like Los Altos. Someone of a standard craft coffee from Nicaragua to some it may be on the edge of basic but I find that there's a really nicely refined and development candy bar like taste to the coffee. One of those "winter" types. Sure there's the Nica thing, but what it does it does well. Chocolates, Caramel, Candied, Nicely Sweet. Like a Twix bar bar but as coffee. Excellent "light" espresso option.
