Las Delicias Javanica Washed
Do you like the Indonesian end of the lineup when we do things a bit? Then give this a whirl. It's a funky coffee. If you had to describe audiences of a coffee to say that there's a whole segment that is "i've had Nicaragua coffee from x place" is an understatement in some ways so to present this to that person is almost begging for them to hate this. If you know that we get the weird stuff from this really boutique operation in Nicaragua and it's less about origin and more about process and specific tastes.
I'm mostly caveating that as online is much different than general walk up never heard of us before. Ok so the coffee. Its like an indo but from Nicaragua. That's really the easiest and be all way of things. It's got a lot of earthy herbal without the face full of dirt thing. There's a whole lot of sweetness with that herbal that to me comes out similar to a green tea but not ultra sweetened green tea. Javanica's are fun but kind of hard to roast especially as washed - which this is - so I likely won't be carrying this much past next year so if you like this now I suggest get it - and it will be back next but possibly not the year after that. It's fairly limited this year too next year we'll have several more bags.
