A washed Yirg!
I get a really zesty bright tea like coffee - which is pretty Yirg in it's own way. Now I've tasted hundreds of Yirg's at this point so me dismissing it as just another Yirg is unfair to you - unless you've bought every single one of my one off's and been at the cupping table all those times it will still be fun. It's not a jasmine floral bomb which is why I particularly liked it. It's got a bit more sweetness and fuller mouthfeel - for a Yirg. Less of a summer sipper and a bit more in line with warmer weather. You want something fairly filling.
