A nicely sweet, floral, and mildly fruity cup combine to produce a stellar natural that tastes a bit like a washed. There's floral tones to be had but on the subtle side, and of course jasmine because yirgcheffe is the region. I found this to be an excellent ice coffee option and probably would work as a subtle but fun and complex espresso.
