Ethiopia Suke Quto
We've been carrying Dry Process coffee's a bit and this kind of falls in line with the ones from the past with a small adjustment. I would say instead of sugary sweet we're looking more at like dried fruits. Kind of like that packaged fruits - dehydrated. You kind of taste the process along with those fruits which kind of leads to this spice tone. Without going too deep with the notes here I think you can expect a fairly aromatic coffee with dried fruit tones.
As I always try to mention with DP's: this coffee isn't for everyone. Not everyone likes those fermenty, process'y, spices, fruity tart tones and that's ok.
