Another dry process from us. This is the last one before new crops arrive early in the summer. Take that as you will.
This coffee is one of those "yep this is a dry process, it does the dry process thing" coffee we can spot on a cupping table. Expect a pretty berry forward coffee that is a bit more on the strawberry side than the blueberry. Not overtly bright and it's a bit heavy on the body side so I'm thinking without trying it as of it this might work for a spring/summer iced coffee situation. Obviously these always slap as espresso if you like light espresso's.
