I wasn't expecting to pick up an Ethiopian but this one jumped off the table. If you like Ethiopian coffee's in specialty you frequently land on Guji or Kochere but for different reasons as the winner. This one slays.
The two main things are what you usually expect from a coffee of this sort and one I'm hyping up. I won't fill this with words and I've done to a ton of Ethiopians in our lineup and kind of let the notes just inform you. Super sweet to the point it's really sweet. You may not like that, I do. A lot. It's intense. Along side is are really brisk floral tones. It's like someone ground up flowers and put it into this coffee. Super light body as to be expected but rather delicate. A true sipper you'll keep on coming back to.
