What a fun dense and packed coffee. This one fools the pallet as it taste dark for the first sips. I can assure you this is exceptionally lightly roasted. What you run into isn't smokey like dark roast but rather a dark cooked fruit profile. Deep and rich melon and peach like taste notes. There's vanilla (a hallmark of dark roasts at times!), and a wild yogurt but with fruit on the bottom like vibe. I enjoy this coffee for what it's not from Ethiopia.
