This Anaerobic is a fun melody of fruity flavors. There's a bit of a chocolate and cherry vibe going on with lemongrass tones on the top end of the mouth. It gives off a bit of a floral note because of that. There's an interesting ginger on the finish that you may or may not get. Each sip does taste a bit different and this is one of those "let it cool" down coffees to really experience. Very limited in quantity.
