Ethiopia Duwancho Village Washed

This is a black label 6oz coffee - as a heads up. 

It being the higher end of our lineup you should have a bit more of an expectation. So I'll attempt to get that across. The downside is that this is a washed which tends not to be that "wow" compared to the fruit ferments or naturals but I can tell you it's a wow washed type. It's a day harvest micro lot which isn't exactly normal for Ethiopia in my experience but is a thing. I got a pretty explosive set of taste notes but nothing will shine over top and I think that is what makes it special. This tastes more like a gesha in its core components without actually being one. I got red fruits, a high level of sweetness, hibiscus, pomegranate, jasmine, lemon and lime. There's more to be found there too. 

Give this a whirl about pour over and iced.
