Sweet. A washed Ethiopian. We always seem to have one or expecting one. Good news is we've got a little bit of this but probably won't hang around too too long and is the last of the crop we snagged before new stuff lands. This kind of is out tiding over coffee.
A very clean sweet floral coffee. Peach is the up and front taste note with a nice baked pie note that basically is brown sugar. Enjoyable washed coffee, simple as that.
