Royal Mile Espresso

Royal Mile Espresso

I take this coffee just shy of the second crack so as to avoid too dominate of a "roast" driven coffee. It's there so no bones about that, but some of the origin is equally as strong. We're looking at an excellent chocolatey espresso with a nice dry finish. Also this is another fincas miersich coffee. Great for drip!
