Costa Rica La Gloria Honey Process
For those that hate my fruit cup coffee sourcing this is the single origin you've been looking for. Excellent as espresso, super solid as drip being more than a crowd pleaser. Costa Rica can - not always - have some top notes and with this coffee you do reach without totally getting there. I get a really toasted walnut/almond/peanuty note. I'd kind of sum this up in a way as a piece of slightly burnt toast with honey and butter on top. I know that sounds amazing and it is so please don't equate that to being exactly true. I would pair this with the toast and buttery butter butter butter on butter life we as americans can live though. One of those winter coffees that is fairly warm and easy going or at least a spring like vibe.
