Colombia Elkin Guzman Strawberry Ferment

Another fruit ferment but from another producer within Colombia. This time Elkin Guzman, a coffee producer who's been pushing the boundaries in processes recently. I've been wanting his coffees for awhile. I'm glad to have this one. It's similar to the other strawberry fruit ferment and I have them side by side here in offerings for a reason. See what's different. Maybe you like it maybe you don't. It's incredibly good and tastes to me more like strawberry ice cream. There's a really zippy sweetness I enjoyed. Subtle and not overpowering but there all the same. When it's gone it's gone.
