Here we have another fruit fermentation coffee from Brayan. This one peach! As with the others it's anaerobic process so there's an element of the funky and "process". Of the three we've have the peach resides in the absolute most approachable and "normal" of the group but don't let that deceive you. It's an absolutely pristine stunner of a coffee. The peach really shines through and brings with it a juicy sweetness.
