Brazil Dona Marta Dry Process

A fruity coffee from Brazil but temper your expectations. This coffee points to the inescapable "nutty" profile from a Brazil coffee point and says "not all". I found this to be fairly subtle in its berry tones pulling out a more candied coffee in the vein of the Spring Jawn Coffee. Funny enough it tastes exactly how I'd like Spring to turn out so, take that as you will. I found it to have a nice and pleasing body but on the syrupy side. It was there but not in your face. Sadly, and yet as always (not a bad thing here) there's some sort of nutty/toasted vibe going on as you see on these more subtle coffees the roasting processing being an additive no matter how light I go. It's a crowd pleaser for sure and one of those my significant other will like this for the fruit bomb fans.
