The "summer" holiday coffee and also the longest running one - June-August 31st.
This coffee contains mostly an Ethiopian (konga), a coffee from Zambia and a small amount of the Costa (pastora). While the african elements dominate the cup there is a fair bit of a coffee ness to it. It's pretty bright as we roast it a bit lighter than the konga along with the zambia doing it's bright thing. If you had highlander in the past it's the same coffee.A bright light roast and a tad bit tropical. Great as pour over. Not recommended for espresso.
