Yemen Anaerobic Natural

This coffee is 6oz.

Why? Well it's expensive and if I did 10 or 12 ounce we'd have to charge an astronomical amount. I bought a small amount of this and basically roasted a smaller amount at a lower price point so that we can all sort of "try" this coffee. This wont be your daily or you weeks long treat. It's a one and done. 

Yemen is a warn torn country. Most coffee that gets out has to pay a price to various warlords to pass through each region. It's a miracle we get yemen at all. On top of that it's stepped terrace farming which doesn't lend itself to bulk product production.  That said it has great elevation and a genetic heritage that is well original ethiopia heirlooms. For that, there is value. That said yemens tend to have a very diverse profile full of strange things like banana bread or in other cases tobacco and licorice the black kind no-one likes. This one being an aerobic natural maybe hides or accents some of those weird things and brings out a lot of fruity bready sweet stuff. I really enjoyed this. I hope you do to.
