Ethiopia Guji Dabaye

This is a nice washed Ethiopia from the Guji and mostly know I love Guji as a region. If you didn't know, now you know. Why do I like it? Well it tends to have these insane top end taste notes or tends to be a real solid mix of 3-4 things. Ok so that said it's a solid 10/10 on the flower spectrum so if you're looking for that, it's there. Of course the tea thing is always around with these types but there's a pleasing amount of sweetness and not that dry "tea" thing. It's more a "juicy and sour" grapefruit like fruit. I found there to be some fruit tones hanging around just not overt with that said. To me mostly very sweet and very floral. Pour over recommendations but I wouldn't mess with this on spro. If you're missing the killer washed Ethiopia's from our lineup, then look no further. Delicate and delicious and tastes like a Geisha without the Geisha price.
