I'm not going to beat around the bush, this is one of those solid dry process coffees whose strength resides in the I do a lot of things rather than one powerful thing. Don't read that as this coffee sucks. This as espresso will HIT. That's where it shines. It does the chocolates, it does the fruits, and it has a nice and rich amount of flavor melded with a solid depth of sweetness.
