A pink borbon varietal which should be enough on paper for me. It is.
It's honey processed which sort of ramps up what is going on in the coffee. If you don't like that process taste on top of the standout varietal - i get it - but it's still fruity, floral, toasted "things" and overall a solid daily drinker type with a bit more acidity.
