I'm updating this to be a bit more generic and removing the "updated" text. It's kind of a chore for me to update this each time we sightly change from one natural to the next and that workload often gets tossed to the wayside. I will say that at the rate we go through this the core components change every 3 months or s so check it out then come back in a month or two and it might slightly chance.

In general the idea with Vice Black is that we take one awesome coffee and roast it two ways. This show cases how being stuck in the mind of roasting something one way even from the top level light/medium/dark isn't really a thing you need to do. So one side is a bit darker - just to the edge of the second crack - and one very light. What you get is basically a very fruity coffee mixed with how that fruit then turns into rich/deep chocolates. Almost all natty's of a certain calibre and I don't skimp on naturals. Of course some might pop more than others as we pivot from one to the other but the general "fruity/berry" profile and chocolate doesn't change a whole lot I've found.   To me this coffee is more a flex on our roasting side than it is hey we have a sexy new single origin.

The above said  I really like this coffee. I think it's interesting and fun and fills a really cool niche for a lot of different types of drinks. That out of the way we're running through the labels we have of this and I might do a name change (vice black over vice jawn is better) or just stop it all together just like I canceled Pink and White.
