I ran out of space on the bags to go deep with the farms so know it's more than just the popayan. This is important to only me.
I found myself liking this coffee because it didn't do the thing I expected it to. It's rather tea like reminding me more of an ethiopian (washed) coffee than anything else. It highlights some fruit with peach team and a heavy lime top note. That said it's not a washed ethiopia. It's very solidly a colombian coffee that was honey processes but a very good one.
Enjoy while it's here. Not a ton but fun.
