After 2000 hours of demoing coffee in grocery stores I can say for certain there is no single style of coffee mentioned more than "breakfast blend". So, here it is. Generally I'm averse to styles, but there's that thing where you give the people what they want and hopefully they'll be happy. Descriptors like mild yet strong and smooth is fairly easy to pinpoint as a roaster.You'll see that here so I wanted a slight twist and I went after Rain Forest Alliance coffees. Why does it matter? Well it does limit me in a manner of speaking the coffees available. There are far, far, far, far, far, far more organic only and fair trade coffees than there are RFA, but i'm not complaining.
Since 2019 this blend is a combo of a Mierisch washed from Nicaragua and also a coffee we get from Ethiopia.
