It's hard to follow up on the Jawn of the Dead coffee but somehow we must. In general each holiday coffee is something unique in our lineup. Some combo of "stuff'. I took a little bit of the pacamara's we had and mashed them up with a Papua New Guinea and out came this kind of "tropical" fruit bomb. Pungent more so than anything but that's maybe it's only totally overpowering note. That said overall a complex mixture of everything to make for a solid 7-8 across the board on everything is pretty rare. Clean, Fruity, Solid Body, Nice Aroma, Sweetness all kind of balance each other out.
I can see some people not liking this but I can see more people being very happy with it. That's about as non-answer or descriptor of a coffee as I'll give. =)
