Nicaragua Buenos Aires Maracaturra

It's not argentina but I do love argentina. The buenos aires is just a group.I hesitate to buy Nic's because of our relationship with the Mierisch's. It's important to not minimize our purchases so that I can do "other" stuff. This last trip I was given a blessing to buy one off's like this. So you get this kind of exclusive to a degree species of coffee "maracaturra" that is a hybrid of catarrura and Maragogype "mar gee o epee".

I found this coffee to have that extra coffeeness a lot of people will like for a normie coffee but with that extra spice. There's caramels to be had but also a black tea like aspect you won't find in much of what we buy that's the non-microlot. There's also a backdrop of fruits at least a fruit like sweetness or sweet fruits without it being fruity at all. There's some baking spices (the extra spice I allude to) but nothing overall crazy. It's a pretty uniform coffee and one I wholeheartedly liked.
