While this is an anaerobic natural coffee I want to be very clear it's not a funky winey fruit bomb. It is a rather nice fruity coffee for a Honduras normal coffee. I think that's the lane to view it in rather than the processing as a lead. I'll bang this drum a bit that as we understand it you don't really want high funky things going on, however much we all love that as a profile. To each their own? I love the funky fruit robic's but there's also a less active side and this is that. Enjoy a fruity tasting honduras at a comparably attractive price for a robic.
