Ecuador Saraguro Juan Pena Anaerobic Washed

An example of what Anaerobic process can do without having to dry process it afterwards. The fruit is ramped up but the funky is not. Some may like it, some may not. I'd highlight this akin to an Iced Tea - not totally a black tea - but just generic sugary sweet iced tea. I get strawberry, and of course some tea/black tea elements, but mostly sugar and berries leading the way. A really pristine coffee. One of the best types of coffees akin to the Competition "roaster coffee" coffees. Inside baseball levels of if you know you know. But if you don't work in the industry you don't. So also read that as one you don't give to parents/older types who think "I drink the best coffee". It's the best for a new generation of drinkers. Add milk or anything to this and I'll come arrest you. Seriously, don't.
