A very fruity colombian that could fool you as a bit of an anaerobic type. It does edge into the chocolatey world as all dry process tend to do but try to spot the difference between an anaerobic natural and just a natural and use this as a very nice guidepost.
Winey and Jammy berry fruits. Solid espresso option.
