It's been 10 years since I started this operation. The story post the cenote cup of coffee goes I was roasting all summer getting ALL up in my head about stuff. You know how >I< do. This guy I was doing some digital work for said dude stop waiting for it to be perfect just put stuff up. And now here we are.
I wanted this coffee to be fun. Unlike starting a business. Seriously, don't start one. I think this is my last peer into the abyss coffee where I wanted it to taste like how I imagined it in my head. If you like my sourcing you'll like this. It's fruity, funky, sweet and a bit wild. A really fun coffee. If you like our fun style which is irreverent and I guess a bit neurotic.
