A natural process that doesn't taste overly so. More of the varietal is punching through for me with a mixture of earthy, toasted nuts and fruits mixed together into some kind of trail mix +. I found this to be quite the easy sipper so for those not wanting the fruit bombs in your face, this is an excellent one to check out that also does something kind of interesting with the javanica and caturra vatical bred together. It's unique, maybe not mass appeal here but unique.
