One of those surprising coffees that you need to let rest before it full expresses itself ala madonna 1989.
I found there to be a really exciting amount of fruit in the cup but not funky or berry bombs. One of those really winner coffees for people who don't want to taste the process's. Purists need love too. As the cup cools the flowers start to appear and the fruit fades into the background as a nice almost caramelized sweetness. A dissolved sugar in the lane of sugar in the raw.
