If you had to lock me in for what I describe as a complete Ethiopian coffee I would say this is what I would suggest. Much like the Muchagara everything seems to be turned up to 11 and also was submitted for competition. 

So what are we tasting here? Jasmine, lavender, dried apricots, delicate, with a guess what? tea-like body. This coffee benefits from a quick roast.
