The moment we put this cup to our nose we were blasted with intoxicating aromas. When hot, the brewed coffee smelled much like fruit and and as it cooled it turned toward vanilla.  We certainly enjoyed just smelling it.

Upon sipping, we got fruit notes that were bright without being punchy. Apple or peach with citrus on the back end of the sip. The finish that lingers is like a subtle dark chocolate. This coffee is, in our opinion, proof positive you don't need to roast something dark to have it as an enjoyable espresso.
