It's not flavored. Honey process is just a method at minimizing water usage - in essense. There is more to it at farm level but it's nothing, for us, the end user, much different than dry process, pulp natural, natural etc.

I decided to take this coffee dark as I think on the light end it lacked the interesting dark roast tones. I hold this coffee up as the excuse that a dark roast doesn't have to be some nasty smokey laden coffee. Pepper, some sweetness, no bite, and warm. With that said, it is dark. If you like light, maybe stay away.

Last note is it's a coffee I carried all winter and what I deem more as a winter coffee, but for some reason didn't add it to the site. So, i'm making up for that today by making it $1 less.
