This coffee is one of those "yep this is a dry process, it does the dry process thing" coffee we can spot on a cupping table. Expect a pretty berry forward coffee that is a bit more on the strawberry side than the blueberry. Not overtly bright and it's a bit heavy on the body side so I'm thinking without trying it as of it this might work for a spring/summer iced coffee situation. Obviously these always slap as espresso if you like light espresso's.
