The counterpoint to the La Reserva. If you want the fruits, LETS GO. It's a funky fruit journey. There's a refined sweetness to it that doesn't overwhelm the senses along with that fruit taste. There's a red wine aspect to it in body which is fairly par for the course with these anaerobics but you get a real gummy worm style fruit that takes you out of the this reminds me of alcohol lane. There's not a ton of body to this coffee however. That out of the say there's also a fair bit of orange and lemon mixed together to make up a combination of a fruited sweet chocolate. Imagine some kind of chocolate and fruit combo - specifically dark chocolate.
Let this one sit and come back to it and you'll get a pretty different coffee too. The fruits for sure develop over time.
10oz + add milk and the coffee police come and take you away.
