Another round of Rwandan's because they're fun coffee's to roast and have around. In a few months they'll dissappear and so begins the long 6 month wait until they come back and between this and the dry process we have - probably the last two we'll buy.

Real talk: the Gitwe is a pretty classic Rwandan and I'm sure the beginning of a trend realizing that I tend to buy coffees that have classic craft coffee qualities. I'm not a reacher other than the Sumatra. Anyways, that went down a weird hole, I guess.  The coffee is kind of winey in a merlot way but not dry. Maybe a bit of a berry like merlot. I get a bit of apple crispness and it's almost always "clean". Of course being in Africa we still tend to use tea like descriptors and in general rwanda's fall into the black tea world. It's an interesting mix that I almost always love. While not obtaining the ultra high's of Kenya or Ethiopian if you've got a Rwanda on espresso, i'm trying it. This falls into that camp.
