Hey, cool, a Guat on the menu? It's been awhile. In general I prefer to buy Antigua's that turn out champange or rather crisp and fruity and you could even make a case all the coffees I buy are a bit like that, so it goes. Why does this matter? Why even mention that? he cool thing about Guatemala is that it's growing area is pretty expansive and also provides a fairly diverse set of possible flavors. I was searching for something a bit different from my normal speed but still in the super approachable and at home in the light roast world. I landed on this coffee which gives lends itself to a more honey'd and graham cracker taste than tropical fruits and that's ok by me.
