Ethiopia Guji Solomo Anaerobic

What a rich coffee. Raspberry and milk chocolates dominate the cup at the exclusion of most everything else in a very deep way. Like double rainbow deep. What does this mean?  The fun in these robic's is they highlight 2-3 notes to a gigantic degree or just elevate everything. We have the former but not so much at the expense of the latter. I really enjoy this cup in that it's not the wild rollercoaster ride but more so one of those daily drinkers that is deep and meaningful. I'm being super esoteric and I guess that's what people dig with this so "I did the thing". I'll be more precise, raspberry but not "berry bomb", milk chocolates, green teas, rich mouthfeel, crisp but even body sits on the top of your mouth - juicy but not quite - and perfectly balanced sweetness. Big fan of this coffee. You'll like it. 

We have a very limited run of this so get it while you can because I don't see this lasting longer than 2-3 weeks. Might considering a second box if enough people say something but we've got Mierisch Microlots coming and they need to get out into the world.
