What a pristine and clean cup of coffee that only a washed coffee can produce. A total show stopper of cleanliness at least for me. I get a really fruity floral tone but not overt jasmine bouquet of flowers. There's a pleasant amount of sweetness but not dominating. Of course there's the tea thing going on and sure tell people about those finest "yirgacheffe's" for those "who only drink tea" but really you should be telling them about this coffee. Specifically this. And say yeah tea is not > tea. It's not a competition anyways.
