You've had this coffee before, maybe, and kind of. We've used the Misty Valley in Love Jawn and also Lucky to kind of boost the sweetness. The thing is I don't blend for cost savings I blend to get tastes I desire in a specific coffee so the thing is this coffee does stand on it's own. To me if we go with a cost friendly natural when we need something you never quite get that wow effect I'm looking for in a coffee.
Considering I liked this coffee enough to use it twice it's because on it's own it's pretty good. There's a nice level of sweetness along with berry tones as you would expect from most any natural out of Ethiopia. As far as natural's go it's a solid one expect as I said berries, a creamyness, and some super sour combined with sweet tones.
