Did you like the Pal Michal we had fall of 2020? Yes? Ok, cool, sorry to break it to you but this is different they're linked and it does matter.

Colombia is as diverse as it comes to coffee and the elevations along with tastes are pretty far apart. The "colombia has the best coffee" comparisons come up with good reason but sometimes to me overstated at least in relation to they're just meaning "supremo's". I can't not toss shade on bad coffee marketing both roaster and origin side and there's no other origin that revels as much in it so I'm gonna pull out the hater shades.

Ok so what do we have in the cup? Well let me start with there's a silly thing where it's pronounced "annie" like the MJ song and we just say we'll it's ok. You know like the song. Annie are you ok? Whatever. You're not here for my comedy but are for the shade right? It's under selling the coffee to talk about it this way but sometimes just being a good coffee is worth it in our books. Does it need to have one distinguishing characteristic like the pal micheal being the brightest ever coffee we had or the la voz just being a chocolate bar? I guess. What people fall on as liking always seems to surprise me so I'll just kind of leave where this thing lands for me. Sweet and clean. It's a "grape" coffee in that it's kind of sweet but it's not a grape candy or sugary sweet so I fail to land on what type of grape it is. It has a rather "large" mouthfeel and one of those coffees I drop into the this is a "winter" coffee royal mile vernacular.  I'm not 100% on us being able to get this moving forward but if you like this and the pal michal I think you'll dig what we're aiming for with Colombian releases. On one side we drop the fruity juicy round coffees and the other side we get the rock solid big bodied "warm weather coffees".
